Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 26.12.2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Klik4 LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“the client”, “you”). By using or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We provide digital services including, but not limited to, website design and development (custom code and CMS-based), website hosting and maintenance, e-commerce solutions, AI and automation services, consultancy, and ongoing support.

The scope of work will be defined in a written proposal, quotation, or agreement. Any work outside the agreed scope may be quoted and billed separately.

2. Refer a Friend

We may offer a Refer a Friend scheme as a reward for recommending our services. Referral rewards are typically provided in the form of vouchers or equivalent incentives.

The value of any referral reward is dependent on the service selected by the referred client and may vary throughout the year. Referral values are subject to change at our discretion.

A referral is only considered valid once the referred client has signed an agreement and made the required initial payment. Referral rewards are non-transferable and have no cash alternative unless explicitly stated.

Within the time your friend/referral has made there first qualified payment, you will have up to 2 months to claim if they haven't mentioned you on setup. Only 1 claim can be made per individual client sale (can refer same person if a different service is triggerd).

Loss of voucher due to incorrect details will not be re-paid (unless the payment failed and no money was taken).

3. Payments and Invoicing

All invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice. Payment terms are typically 7, 14, or 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If payment is not received by the due date, overdue notices may be issued. After the second overdue notice, we reserve the right to suspend or stop services without further notice.

Service suspension may include taking websites offline, pausing automation, or halting ongoing work. Services will only resume once all outstanding balances have been paid in full. Failure to further pay, you will be sent a date for deletion of content.

4. Cancellations and Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with any notice period outlined in the agreement or invoice. Any work completed up to the termination date remains payable.

Once cancellation period has been compelete your site/stored services will be deleted and no longer accessible. In order to re-gain access you will need to go through setup and agree monthly pricing due to the deletion removing all files from being used.

Data Retention and Removal

Upon cancellation, website files, databases, and related assets may be retained for a short transitional period. A final service end date will be agreed in writing.

Once this final date has passed, all client data will be permanently removed from our systems unless required otherwise by law. It is the client’s responsibility to request and download any data or backups before this date.

5. Third-Party Tools and Services

We rely on third-party tools and platforms such as hosting providers, APIs, plugins, payment processors, analytics tools, and automation services.

We are not liable for downtime, service outages, data loss, lost sales, loss of revenue, or legal disputes arising from the use or failure of third-party services. Responsibility for these services remains with the respective providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, business, profits, data, or reputation.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Accessibility

While we may advise on accessibility best practices, the client is solely responsible for testing and validating accessibility compliance, including (but not limited to) WCAG standards and any applicable legal requirements.

We do not guarantee accessibility compliance unless explicitly agreed in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created as part of the services remains our property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership or licence rights will be transferred as outlined in the agreement.

9. Confidentiality
